Pharrell to perform at Brit Awards ceremony

He will join Arctic Monkeys, Katy Perry and Bastille at London's O2 Arena on February 19

Pharrell is set to perform at the Brit Awards ceremony next month.

The ceremony will take place on February 19 at London’s O2 Arena and will be broadcast on ITV. It will also see performances from Arctic Monkeys, Katy Perry, Ellie Goulding, Bruno Mars, Bastille and Rudimental. Speaking about his appearance, the ‘Happy’ chart-topper commented: “I always look forward to seeing the artists that come together on the Brits stage. I’m so humbled by this opportunity – performing at the awards will be surreal.”

Arctic Monkeys are current favourites to pick up the awards for Best British Group and Best Album at The Brit Awards 2014. The band, who are nominated for two awards and will perform live on the night, are currently bookmakers favourites to pick up both awards at the ceremony in February.
