Post Malone’s new ‘Always Tired’ tattoo is extremely relatable

Same.

Post Malone has debuted a new face tattoo. While the inking itself has proved divisive, the message on offer is proving pretty relatable.

Photos posted on Twitter show the words ‘Always Tired’ etched under the rapper’s bottom eyelids, and it’s a message that has become rather unifying.

“I feel @PostMalone’s new tat on a visceral level”, one user responded to the inking.

Another said: “@PostMalone s new ‘always tired’ tattoo.. i mean honestly same”.

But while the message might have been relatable, it seems that the design of the tattoo wasn’t quite doing it.

“Do you ever cry because Post Malone won’t stop getting face tattoos because I do”, one user wrote.

The latest inking follows the release of Post Malone’s ‘beerbongs and bentley’s, described by NME as a “directionless second record”.

“More of a stultifying moodboard than an album with something to say, Post Malone‘s ‘beerbongs & bentleys’ is a faded swirl of lean, flexing, custom whips, misogyny and occasionally – mercifully – heartbreak. Bar a few exceptions, its 18 tracks are homogenous playlist fodder targeted at the streaming machine – and, in its voguish, trap-flavoured blandness, it will undoubtedly scoop up huge numbers of passive listeners this summer”, NME declared of the album.
