Nu metallers confirm tracklisting for covers LP 're:discovered'

Puddle Of Mudd have released their cover of The Rolling Stones‘Gimme Shelter’ online.

The track is taken from the band’s new covers album ‘re(disc)overed’, which is set for release on August 16 in the US. You can hear it by scrolling down to the bottom of the page.

The Missouri nu metallers have also covered AC/DC‘s ‘TNT’, Elton John‘s ‘Rocket Man’, Free‘s ‘All Right Now’ and Stevie Nicks‘Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around’ for the album.

Puddle Of Mudd head out on a UK in the autumn, playing a total of 12 dates in October as part of a co-headline tour with metallers Soil. They recently played a well received show at this summer’s Download Festival and have hinted that they will return to the studio to record the follow-up to their 2009 album ‘Volume 4: Songs In The Key Of Love And Hate’ early next year.
