Frontman appeared unannounced in Hollywood on Thursday
Radiohead‘s Thom Yorke made a surprise appearance at a club in Los Angeles to play a DJ set on Thursday night (August 28).
The band’s frontman appeared unannounced at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles during their weekly Nightswim party, with onlookers managing to capture bits of his set and upload them to Instagram (see below). Nigel Godrich, the Radiohead producer and Yorke’s Atoms For Peace bandmate, can also be seen in the videos.
This is not the first surprise DJ set Yorke has played this year, following an appearance at Cornwall Festival Leopalooza at the start of August. The musician first DJ’d at the Roosevelt in 2009 in similar circumstances.
