Only 1,000 Tickets for Radiohead’s Friends of The Earth gig will be made available.
The tickets are due to go on sale from midday on March 11.
The gig, called ‘The Big Ask Live’, will take place at London’s KOKO on May 1.
The concert is part of a campaign calling on the UK government to take action against climate change.
Super Furry Animals‘ Gruff Rhys and Kate Rusby are also both due to play.
Yorke , who helped launch ‘The Big Ask’ campaign in May 2005 said: “The best thing about ‘The Big Ask’ for me is the fact that there’s no longer this sense of powerlessness.”
Adding: “It’s good to get involved with something that’s positive and constructive, rather then falling into the trap of thinking there is nothing you can do about climate change.”
As previously reported, the band are expected to play a series of UK shows to preview their forthcoming album around the same time.
Tickets will cost £55 and all proceeds go the Friends of the Earth ‘The Big Ask’ campaign.
