Shy Child dedicate songs to cities at Carling Weekend: Leeds Festival

Dinosaur Jr watch electro two-piece

Shy Child dedicated a song to London and New York at Carling Weekend: Leeds Festival today (August 26).

The electro two-piece played the Dance Tent.

Before playing ‘Drop The Phone’ singer and keytar player Paul Cafarella said: “Is anyone here from London?”

The crowd in the tent then booed Cafarella.

He continued: “Er, ok then is anyone here from New York? Four of you? OK, this song is for you.”

Before playing next single ‘Summer’ Cafarella said: “This is a new song for you.”

Watching the band was Lou Barlow from Dinosaur Jr.
