Influence the Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals’ future

The event wants your opinions at fan forums

Organisers of the Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals are set to mount a series of fan forums – and want your opinion.

Following last year’s meetings, which gave fans a platform for their views on the festival, three forums will be staged this year around the country.

The organisers stated: “The festival forums are a vital part of what goes to make Reading and Leeds the best festival in the world, allowing you, the festival goers, to talk directly to us about what you like about the festivals and what you’d like to see us add to the weekend.

“The Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals is all about the fans, and we look forward to hearing what you have to say this year.”

All the forums will be attended by Melvin Benn, Managing Director of organisers Mean Fiddler.

This year’s forums will take place on the following dates, all from 7pm:

Sheffield, Pod A, The Hub (April 24)

Leeds, Congreve Room, West Yorkshire Playhouse (April 25)

Oxford, The Zodiac (May 9)

If you want to attend simply fill in your details here.

Coverage from this year’s forums will appear in a future issue of NME and on NME.COM.
