Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals ticket update

All regular weekend tickets are gone...

All regular tickets for this year’s Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds festivals have sold out today (March 20).

Just 24 hours after the bill was announced, there are now only weekend tickets with combined coach packages and day tickets left.

The organisers explained they hoped the remaining packages would prove environmentally friendly

The Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals is committed to causing minimal environmental impact,” they explained. “Travelling by coach allows you to take the most ecological option whilst also starting the weekend early with like minds on the trip to the site and ending the weekend later with all your new friends on the return journey.”

The three-day event will take place between August 24-26.

Razorlight, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Smashing Pumpkins have been confirmed as the Main Stage headliners.

Meanwhile Ash, The View and Klaxons are set to headline the NME/Radio One Stage.

Others acts confirmed to play include Kings Of Leon, Interpol, Arcade Fire, Bloc Party, Panic! At The Disco, Biffy Clyro, Fall Out Boy, CSS and LCD Soundsystem.
