Flea to voice Donnie Thornberry in 'Rugrats Go Wild!'...

RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS bassist FLEA is to feature in the forthcoming ‘RUGRATS’ movie.

Flea – who has previously appeared on the big screen in ’Back To The Future’ II and III, ’My Own Private Idaho’ and ’The Big Lebowski’ – is to voice Donnie Thornberry in the cartoon collaboration between the ‘Rugrats’ and ‘The Wild Thornberries’, ’Rugrats Go Wild!’.

Bruce Willis also appears in the film, as the voice of dog Spike.

It will be Flea’s third vocal appearance as Donnie Thornberry, having previously provided his voice in ’The Wild Thornberries’ last year, and TV movie ’Wild Thornberries: The Origin Of Donnie’.

Father-of-one Flea, real name Michael Balzary, told Entertainment Weekly: ”There’s definitely a part of me that is completely him. It’s also the most bizarre, strangest job I’ve ever had.”
