Drake joins Rihanna on-stage for ‘Work’ and ‘One Dance’ in Manchester

The two got up close and personal during their performance of 'Work'

Drake made an unexpected appearance at Rihanna’s gig in Manchester last night (June 29).

The old flames got up close personal during the performance of their hit single ‘Work’, with Drake even going as far as kissing the singer on the neck.

The Canadian star also performed his latest single ‘One Dance’ during the concert at Emirates Old Trafford.

Yesterday morning, the two were spotted leaving a club in central London at 6am, fuelling rumours of a reconciliation.

The singer’s Manchester date was the final night of her UK tour. She was reported to have sent free pizza to fans queuing in the rain before the gig began.

During her show in Dublin earlier this week, Rihanna was moved to tears as she performed on stage. She told the crowd later in their performance: “I only have ever in my life heard an audience of people scream so loud that they sound like one voice and that only happens in Ireland, in Dublin. Thank you so much.”

Earlier today, Rihanna unveiled a new music video for ‘Sledgehammer’, her contribution to the Star Trek: Beyond soundtrack.

The video was premiered at IMAX cinemas in the US and is now streaming online. It is the first music video to have been shot entirely on IMAX cameras.
