Singer had released a preview via the app Dubsmash
Rihanna has released her new single ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’.
The singer unveiled a preview of the track earlier today to users of the smartphone app Dubsmash, but has now taken to Twitter to post a link to an iTunes page where fans can purchase a copy.
According to DIY Magazine, the song has also been played on iHeart Radio.
Rihanna is currently preparing to release her forthcoming eighth studio LP, which will likely feature ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’, as well as the Paul McCartney and Kanye West collaboration ‘FourFiveSeconds’. The occasional actress has said that the “soulful” new album will sound “timeless”.
“I’ve made a lot of songs that are just really big songs…they just blow up, Rihanna told MTV. “Not that they weren’t real music, but I just wanted to focus on things that felt real, that felt soulful, that felt forever.
“I wanted songs that I could perform in 15 years. I wanted an album that I could perform in 15 years, not any songs that were burnt out. I find that when I get on stage now I don’t want to perform a lot of my songs because they don’t feel like me. So I want to make songs that are timeless.”
Rihanna was recently announced as the new face of Dior, joining the likes of actresses Jennifer Lawrence, Charlize Theron and Marion Cotillard. She will appear in the fourth episode of the French fashion label’s Secret Garden Spring 2015 video series. The film and print campaign features models walking around the Palace of Versailles in Dior gowns. Rihanna has already fronted brands such as Gucci, Emporio Armani and Balmain.
