Robbie Williams has announced details of a ten-date UK autumn tour, his first full scale live shows of the new millennium.

The former Take That star will play: Birmingham NEC October 9, 10 Glasgow SECC 16, 17Newcastle Telewest Arena 20Manchester MEN Arena 23, 24 London Docklands Arena October 31, November 1, 2

Tickets for the tour will go on sale on July 3. For those who miss out, there will be another set of dates revealed as soon the first ten sell out.

The tour will coincide with the release of Williams’ as yet untitled third album. As previously revealed on nme.com, his new single ‘Rock DJ’ is set for release through EMI on July 31.

In other Robbie news, UK newspaper The Mirror reports that he is to front an Internet campaign for children orphaned by HIV and Aids. Williams, a UNICEF special ambassador, is set to appear on UN website [url=]www.unicef.org.uk/breakthesilence making a call for the disease to be declared a global emergency.
