Documents allegedly say Alyssson Billings has been harassing the singer for three years

Led Zeppelin‘s Robert Plant has taken out a temporary restraining order against a fan.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the singer has been harassed for the past three years by a delusional, love-struck fan, named Alysson Billings, who believes she is in a relationship with Plant despite the pair having never met.

Plant is said to have taken out the temporary restraining order as he fears for his safety. Plant says Billings sent him hotel keys, flowers, random packages and has appeared at his concerts all over the world.

The Zeppelin front man sought advice from a security assessment team after Billings obsession grew darker after he began his relationship with current girlfriend Patty Griffin, sending the singer increasingly threatening letters.

One letter read: “She’s got you so pussy whooped and henpecked, it makes me want to puke…and I’m telling you that rotten crotch is ruining you,” while another stated: “This woman is literally evil for you and your life…you are about to fall for that dirty old crotch. And I’m not joking, I cannot, will not, shall not live this way anymore.”

Earlier this year (2012), Plant said he was waiting on his bandmates Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones in order to kick off a Led Zeppelin reunion, blaming their silence on the fact that they are Capricorns. “They don’t say a word,” he said. “They’re quite contained in their own worlds and they leave it to me. I’m not the bad guy… You need to see the Capricorns – I’ve got nothing to do in 2014.”
