RUFUS & DIDO’S ‘DINNER’ PARTY

The pair team up for Bridget Jones film…

Rufus Wainwright is to duet with Dido for the forthcoming soundtrack to the film ‘BRIDGET JONES: THE EDGE OF REASON’.

The pair have recorded the track ’I Eat Dinner’, which was originally recorded by Rufus Wainwright’s mother, folk singer Kate McGarrigle.

According to Billboard, other new songs to appear on the album will include Will Young’s version of Sade’s ’Your Love Is King’, Jamie Cullum’s version of ’Everlasting Love’ and Jamelia and Annie Lennox collaborating on his 1987 track ’We’ll Be Together’.

Robbie Williams will add ’Misunderstood’, while Kylie Minogue will contribute ’Stop!’.

‘Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason’, starring Renee Zellweger and Hugh Grant, opens in the UK on November 12, and will also feature previously released tracks from [/a], Beyonce, Joss Stone and [a] on the soundtrack.
