Singer pulls off impressive show on the NME/Radio 1 Stage

Santogold played an afternoon show in the NME/Radio 1 Stage at the Reading Festival today (August 23), with her show featuring some of the most impressive dance moves seen so far at the event.

The singer was backed by a five-piece backing band who wore grey shirts and pink bow ties.

During opener ‘You’ll Find A Way’ they stood motionless staring forward, creating a dramatic effect as Santogold sang to the band DJ’s tunes while her two dancers/backing singers threw impressive moves either side of her.

Wearing a flowery dress/trouser combo and pink shades, Santogold earned huge cheers from the crowd, particularly during set-closer ‘Creator’, during which she and her dancers began punch-dancing manically.

Santogold played:

‘You’ll Find A Way’

‘L.E.S. Artistes’

‘Say Aha’

‘Shove It’

‘Lights Out’

‘I’m A Lady’
