Former Guns N' Roses axeman will promote his new album 'Apocalyptic Love' with a London show
The guitarist, who releases his second solo album ‘Apocalyptic Love’ on May 21, will headline London’s HMV Hammersmith Apollo on June 6.
The show is two days before Slash headlines the second stage at this summer’s Download Festival.
‘Apocalyptic Love’ features Alter Bridge frontman Myles Kennedy as the singer on each of its 13 tracks. Kennedy is also confirmed to tour with Slash throughout his world tour, playing under the name of Myles Kennedy And The Conspirators.
Slash will also be playing live with Ozzy Osbourne as part of the ‘Ozzy And Friends’ European tour which has replaced many of Black Sabbath’s summer live shows. The shows have been reworked as Sabbath’s guitarist Tony Iommi continues to battle lymphoma.
Tickets go onsale on Friday (March 16) at 9am (GMT). To check the availability of Slash tickets and get all the latest listings, go to NME.COM/TICKETS now, or call 0871 230 1094.
