Silversun Pickups join Snow Patrol for US tour

LA darlings also break Billboard chart

Silversun Pickups have announced the details of an extensive North American tour with Snow Patrol, as well as a stop at the Coachella Festival and the Plug Awards show.

The Los Angeles indie rockers have had a busy month. Their debut album ‘Carnavas’ broke into the Billboard charts at Number 172, and hit Number Two on the Heatseekers charts. Also, their video for single ‘Lazy Eye’ has been added to MTV’s Big Ten rotation.

Next month, the band will perform at the Plug Awards in New York along with Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks, Tokyo Police Club and Deerhoof. The band will also appear on ‘The Tonight Show With Jay Leno’ on February 19.
