It's the latest in a series of controversies for the band...

A member of the garage group SO SOLID CREW is due to appear at court on drug and gun charges.

Shane Neil, 23, whose stage name is Kaish, is charged with possession of a firearm with ammunition and possession of firearm without a licence.

The singer from Battersea, south west London, is also charged with possession of a Class A drugs with intent to supply, and with supplying drugs.

He will appear before Bow Street Magistrates in central London on Thursday.

Police said he was arrested when he attended a central London police station by appointment yesterday (December 18).

Neil is one of at least 30 members of the controversial garage collective. One of them, Asher D, was jailed for 18 months for firearms offences earlier this year.
