SPIRITUALIZED ALBUM SET TO DROP IN SEPTEMBER

'Let It Come Down', the group's first LP in over four years, is set for release in September...

SPIRITUALIZED have completed their long-awaited new album, and have titled it ‘LET IT COME DOWN’.

The record is the band’s first since their 1997 NME album of the year, ‘Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space’, and is said to feature a massive 96-piece orchestra and choir.

Mainman Jason Pierce has produced the record himself and is his first new offering without band members Mike Mooney drummer Damon Reece and bassist Sean Cook, who departed from the band at Pierce’s request in 1999.

According to the LA Times newspaper, the record will be released on September 11 in the US, which corresponds to September 10 in the UK. There are also rumours of American live dates around this time.
