The comedian tells a few gags at Warrington show...
Comedian Peter Kay joined Starsailor onstage during the band’s hometown show in Warrington on Friday (December 13).
The cult comedian, best known for his award winning series ‘Phoenix Nights’, climbed onstage at the Parr Hall in Warrington, told a few jokes, then played percussion for a brief spell during the encore.
The gig, an NME 5.0 show, sold out within hours of going onsale. It was Starsailor’s first since they entered the studio to work on their forthcoming second album – the follow-up to the multi-platinum selling ‘Love Is Here’. The band debuted a number of new songs at the show, including ‘Silence Is Easy’.
