STEREO MC’S have lined up a gig at FABRIC nightclub in LONDON as part of the UK leg of their forthcoming tour.
The band, who as previously revealed on NME.COM are to release a new album titled ‘Deep Down & Dirty’ on May 28, have also revealed that their first single, the title track from the album, has been remixed by Jon Carter, Andy Weatherall and newcomer The Ordinateur Sound.
Released on May 14 through Universal/Island, it will also feature new song ‘Load’ on the B-side, which will not be included on the album. It will be their first new material since May 1992.
The Fabric gig sees them perform as guests of Big Beat Boutique. They are expected to confirm a full UK tour later in the year, and make appearances at several festivals throughout the summer.
Speaking on their official website, [url=]www.stereomcs.com, the band said the tour may find some special guests joining them on the April dates, although no names have as yet been revealed.
