Frontman Scott Weiland premiered tracks from their new album ‘Shangri La De Dee’, released later this month, at Los Angeles radio station KROQ last week.
The band last week also filmed a video for their new single, ‘Days Of The Week’, which, according to mtv.com will feature them as door-to-door salesmen who escape the monotony of their lives by blasting into space.
The video, shot in the San Fernando valley, has them teaming up with regular director Kevin Kerslake, who also did their ‘Vasoline’ and ‘Interstate Love Song’ videos, and shows the band’s car morphing into a spaceship and the group in spacesuits heading for the sun.
The single is released to radio in the US this week and the album follows on June 19.
