Stormzy, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith to perform at Brit Awards 2018

It's a huge lineup...

Stormzy, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith have been confirmed to perform at the Brit Awards when it returns next February.

The trio of British talent are the first names to be announced for the February 21 ceremony, along with Dua Lipa.

Stormzy and Ed Sheeran also performed at the ceremony in 2017, teaming up together for a live duet of ‘Shape Of You’, which was later released as a single.

Last week, it was also announced that Jack Whitehall will host the O2 Arena ceremony – with the role coming after he previously played three stand-up gigs at the venue in 2017.
Describing the honour, Whitehall explained how he was fulfilling a childhood dream.

“I’m thrilled to be hosting the BRITs, it is the kind of show you dream of hosting as a kid, so really excited to have been asked”, Whitehall said.

It was also recently revealed that designer Anish Kapoor is designing the statuette for next year’s award.

The Turner Prize winning artist has delivered his own unique take on the award, designing a statuette that sees the goddess Britannia encased in a red shell.
