Duo play on the Festival Republic Stage
Summer Camp previewed their debut EP, ‘Young’, at Leeds Festival today (August 29).
The London duo – guitarist/singer Jeremy Warmsley and singer Elizabeth Sankey – are set to release the EP on September 6 and played four full songs from it on the Festival Republic Stage.
They opened with a snippet of EP track ‘Why Don’t You Stay’ and played seven further songs of their dreamy, retro-styled pop.
The pair were in a generous mood, throwing out chocolate bars to the audience between songs, before ending their set with ‘Round The Moon’.
Summer Camp played:
‘Why Don’t You Stay’
‘Was It Worth It’
‘Losing My Mind’
‘Round The Moon’
