This summer is a massively busy one for the Welsh wonders...
SUPER FURRY ANIMALS are to take a break from working on their new album in Spain to play a host of summer live dates.
The band are currently working on the follow-up to 2003’s ‘Phantom Power’ on the Costa Brava. Mario Caldato Jr, who produced the last LP, is once more twiddling the knobs.
But SFA will return play the Brecon Jazz Festival on August 12. The show is in a 1,000 seater marquee, and acts as a ‘warm-up’ for the festival, which opens officially the next day.
SFA tickets go on sale at Theatr Brycheiniog box
office on Monday (July 5) at 10am. The box office number is 01874 611622.
The festival runs from August 13 to 15.
The band will then support Air at the Cornwall Eden Project on August 13.
