Swim Deep share new single ‘To My Brother’ – listen

The track is the first to be taken from the band's forthcoming second album

Swim Deep have shared their new song ‘To My Brother’.

Click below to hear the first new material from the band since their 2013 debut album ‘Where The Heaven Are We’. Frontman Austin Williams recently described the band’s new music to NME as “psychedelic sex music”, comparing the record to both Kanye West and Fleetwood Mac.

Williams revealed the big ambitions he and his bandmates have for the album. “We wanted to radicalise chart music,” he said of the band’s mindset going into the studio. “So we’ve taken [Kanye West’s] ‘Yeezus’ and [Fleetwood Mac album] ‘Rumours’ and put them together with acid house.”

Swim Deep are among the first acts confirmed for Live At Leeds 2015. They join Eagulls, Carl Barat & The Jackals, Slaves and Spector among the artists already confirmed.
