The Birmingham band are currently preparing their second album for release, following their 2013 debut ‘Where The Heaven Are We’. The tour will conclude with their previously announced gig at The Roundhouse in London.

Pre-sale tickets begin Wednesday (June 3), with general sale tickets following on Friday (June 5) at 9am.

Swim Deep recently shared new tracks ‘To My Brother’, ‘Hotel California’ and their next single ‘One Great Song And I Could Change The World’.

Frontman Austin Williams has described the band’s new music to NME as “psychedelic sex music”, comparing the record to both Kanye West and Fleetwood Mac.

Williams revealed the big ambitions he and his bandmates have for the album. “We wanted to radicalise chart music,” he said of the band’s mindset going into the studio. “So we’ve taken [Kanye West’s] ‘Yeezus’ and [Fleetwood Mac album] ‘Rumours’ and put them together with acid house.”

Swim Deep play the following live dates:

Sheffield Leadmill (October 10)
Newcastle Riverside (11)
Glasgow Oran Mor (12)
York Duchess (14)
Liverpool O2 Academy 2 (15)
Manchester Ritz (16)
Birmingham Institute (17)
Cambridge Junction (18)
