It's all change round the Fannies'...

Teenage Fanclub have added an extra LONDON gig to their autumn tour, reshuffled the dates and postponed the release of their new single, ‘I NEED DIRECTION’, by one week.

The single, the opening track on their sixth album ‘Howdy!’, will now be released on October 16 through Columbia. The CD single is backed with new song ‘I Lied’ and a cover of the Pixies‘Here Comes Your Man’, while the limited edition seven-inch has the Gerry Love-penned track ‘On This Good Night’ on the B-side.

The Belfast Limelight gig will now kick off their 11-date tour on October 27, proceeding to: Dublin Olympia (October 28) Glasgow Barrowlands (29) Leeds Metropolitan University (31) Liverpool L2 (November 1) Manchester Main Debating Hall (2) Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall (4) Sheffield Foundry (5) Bristol Anson Rooms (7) London Astoria (8, 9)
