CROWES DELAY ALBUM FOR BOX SET

Black Crowes are to release a box set next month - ahead of their new studio album, which has had to be delayed...

THE BLACK CROWES are to release a box set next month, ahead of the release of their new album ‘By Your Side’, which has been delayed from September to November.

The box set, meanwhile, is scheduled to be released in the US on August 11, entitled ‘Sho’ Nuff’. The box set is a four CD set, comprising re-packaged versions of the band’s previous albums: ‘Shake Your Money Maker’ (1990), ‘Southern Harmony And Musical Companion’ (1992), ‘Amorica’ (1994) and ‘Three Snakes And One Charm’ (1996).

The extra tracks will be ‘Don’t Wake Me’ (‘Shake Your Money Maker’), ’99 Lbs’ (‘Southern Harmony And Musical Companion’), ‘Song Of The Flesh’ (‘Amorica’) and ‘Mellow Down Easy’ (‘Three Snakes And One Charm’).

The box set is, according to MTV Online, also going to include, multimedia tracks of unreleased videos, and a five-track live EP recorded at New York’s Beacon Theatre three years ago.
