The Cribs have announced a UK tour for May.
The Wakefield trio, who are currently putting the finishing touches to their as yet untitled fifth studio album, will play six shows across the country.
These begin at Nottingham Rock City on May 7 and run until May 13, when the band will headline Eastbourne’s Winter Gardens venue.
The band’s new album is the follow-up to their new 2009 LP ‘Ignore The Ignorant’. It is the band’s first album since former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr left the band last year and has been produced by Dave Fridmann (Mercury Rev, The Flaming Lips) and Steve Albini (Nirvana, Pixies).
