The dates for THE DARKNESS’ UK tour been announced.
The band had previously announced that they would undertake their biggest ever UK tour following this forthcoming weekend’s appearances at the Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Fesitvals (August 27-29).
Following our revelation last night that the dates had leaked online, the band have confirmed details in a mail out to their data base.
The tour will start in Nottingham (November 24), and visit seven other cities, ending at London Wembley Arena in mid-December.

Newcastle Metro Radio Arena (29)
Manchester MEN Arena (December 1)
Sheffield Hallam FM Arena (4)
Cardiff Arena (6)
Birmingham NEC Arena (7)
London Wembley Arena (10)
Tickets will go on sale on the morning of Tuesday, August 24 to members of the mailing list, a day before general sale.
As previously revealed on NME.COM, support on the tour comes from Ash.
Speaking recently about the tour, singer Justin Hawkins said: “The arena tour in November will also be amazing. I’m looking forward to the end of that which will finish with three dates at Wembley.”
The group are also planning to release a Christmas DVD – said to include the band’s ‘first feature film’ alongside an on-the-road documentary and collected videos.
