The Darkness announce November UK and Ireland tour – ticket details

Download rockers will hit the road before the year's out

The Darkness have announced a major UK and Ireland tour for the winter.

The returning cock rockers made their live comeback last Sunday (June 5) ahead of today’s slot at the Download festival, over which frontman Justin Hawkins has admitted to being “terrified, but in a good way.”

Next, the band will head back out on the road in November. The tour will be the first with the band’s original line-up since 2005, and their longest since their early days, when they travelled round the UK in a transit van.
