Miles Kane and Alex Turner celebrate victory for 'second band'
The Last Shadow Puppets have won Best Video at tonight’s (February 25) Shockwaves NME Awards in London.
The duo, Miles Kane and Alex Turner, picked up the prize at the O2 Academy Brixton for the clip for single ‘My Mistakes Were Made For You’.

The pair, along with the video director Richard Ayoade, received their award from guest presenters Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts from Girls Aloud.
After a big group hug, Kane thanked the audience, declaring: “Well, thank you very much – we had great good fun doing the video”.
