Peace, Swim Deep and Circa Waves to support The Libertines at London gigs

Band will play three gigs at Alexandra Palace in September

Peace, Swim Deep and Circa Waves are among the bands who will support The Libertines at their three London dates later this year.

The newly reformed band will play three gigs at Alexandra Palace in north London between September 26-28. NME can reveal today (July 11) that Birmingham band Peace will provide the main support on the Friday night alongside Cuckoolander.

The following night (September 27) will see fellow Brummies Swim Deep warm-up the crowd alongside Brown Bear. Liverpool band Circa Waves will then open the show on Sunday (28) after The Au Revoirs have performed.

The band made their comeback with a pair of gigs at Glasgow’s Barrowland venue last weekend.
