Libertines man announces second Reading And Leeds Festivals slot

Gary Powell's band set to play BBC Introducing Stage

The LibertinesGary Powell‘s ‘other’ band The Invasion Of… are set to play the Reading And Leeds Festivals (August 27-29) before the four-piece’s Main Stage slot.

The group, formed last year, will play on the BBC Introducing Stage on the Friday (August 27) in Leeds, then the following day in Reading.

The rest of the BBC Introducing Stage line-up has been announced today (July 29), with Wilder, Gallops, Little Fish, The Law and End Of Level Baddie also set to play.

Guns N’ Roses, Arcade Fire and Blink-182 are set to play headline slots on the Main Stage at the events. The Libertines are reforming to play before Arcade Fire on the bill.
