It's all roses and ice buckets as their tour hits London...
Libertines’ UK tour rolled back into LONDON last night (March 5) with a typically chaotic performance.
Playing the first of three night’s at the spacious Brixton Academy, the set featured old songs like ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ alongside new material like mooted single ‘Last Post On The Bugle’.
The show began with co-frontmen Pete Doherty and Carl Barat throwing roses into the audience, before throwing buckets of ice over each other, on which drummer Gary Powell subsequently slipped. To finish, they both stagedived victoriously.
Support came from Selfish C*** and Lefthand. The residency continues tonight and tomorrow (March 7).
