The band get a hand from their famous pals at the gig in London...

Libertines recruited some special guests for a LONDON show last night (July 26).

The band, minus guitarist Pete Doherty, played at Carl Barat’s club Dirty Pretty Things.

During the late night set, which didn’t start until 2am, the band were joined onstage by Tim Burgess, who helped out with ’Death On The Stairs’, and Har Mar Superstar, who contributed to past single ’Don’t Look Back Into The Sun’.

Other songs included ’Can’t Stand Me Now’, ’Up The Bracket’, ’Time For Heroes’ and ’What A Waster’.

The group release their second album ’The Libertines’ on August 30.
