His tirade inspired two songs

Actor Christian Bale has apologised for the expletive-ridden tirade he reportedly made last year on the set of ‘Terminator Salvation’.

While being interviewed on KROQ 106.7 in Los Angeles this morning (February 6), Bale admitted that his remarks were “inexcusable” and said that he acted like a “punk”.

The rant was remixed into a dance tune by Los Angeles producer

RevoLucian, and inspired LA band The Mae Shi to make a tribute song ‘R U Professional’ sampling Bale, as previously reported.

Bale told morning deejays Kevin and Bean that he was channelling too much of his character, John Conner, reports the Associated Press. He added that he has reconciled with the cinematographer to whom the negative comments were made.
