RAKES’ PROGRESS HALTED

The band’s April tour will now take place in May…

The Rakes have been forced to postpone their current April headline tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

The band have cancelled their jaunt which was due to continue at Bournemouth Fire Station tonight (April 20).

A statement from the band said; “It is with great regret and disappointment that The Rakes announce the cancellation of these dates. The band sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused by this unexpected turn of events.”

The Rakes’ April tour will now take place in May.

Original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates or a refund can be obtained from the point of purchase.

The band’s Bournemouth show is to be rescheduled for the autumn.

The Rakes are also part of a host of new talent on the NME New Music Tour Inspired Rizla, with The Cribs and Nine Black Alps among the bands featuring.
