The band head out on autumn jaunt

The Raveonettes have announced details of a North American and Canadian tour.

The duo will hit the road in October for a string of dates.

The band are currently working on the follow up to 2005’s album ’Pretty In Black’.

Posting about the new track frontman Sune Rose Wagner wrote: “I really love this tune, I sincerely think it could be a huge hit! But I’ve thought that with a lot of our songs…

“At any rate, the lovely Miss Foo(band member Sharin Foo)) is not on here, as she’s a West Coast girl these days and my singing is a bit rough cause I was out last night, phew, you can say that again, so bear with me, you get the idea…”

A release date for the new material has not been announced, reports Brooklyn Vegan.
