Classic album 'Sticky Fingers' will be re-released on June 8

The Rolling Stones have unveiled an ‘alternate version’ of their 1971 track ‘Can’t You Hear Me Knocking’ ahead of their reissue of ‘Sticky Fingers’.

Classic album ‘Sticky Fingers’ will be re-released on June 8 in deluxe and super-deluxe editions containing unreleased bonus tracks. We’ve already heard an acoustic take of ‘Wild Horses’, now hear an extended recording of ‘Can’t You Hear Me Knocking’ below.

Meanwhile, frontman Mick Jagger has said that he is keen to make a new record, either with the band or as a solo album instead.

The Rolling Stones will head on a North American tour during the summer. Their upcoming dates will be their first since saxophone player Bobby Keys died in December aged 70. Keys was a notable player on ‘Sticky Fingers’.
