The White Stripes’ ‘The Hardest Button To Button’has hit the Number One spot in NME chart, beating off competition from THE STROKES, THE COOPER TEMPLE CLAUSE and HUNDRED REASONS.

Last week’s chart-toppers Radohead have slipped to two with ‘2+2=5’.
