Okkervil River and Seth Lakeman also tour

Tickets for Chester French‘s UK tour are available now.

As was reported on NME.COM, the American outfit, who hit the headlines after guitarist Max Drummey married Peaches Geldof, will embark on their first jaunt of the UK.

The band will play Nottingham Stealth on November 1, Wolverhampton Little Civic (2), Manchester Night And Day Café (5) and Newcastle Digital (7).

Texan-based indie rockers Okkervill River will also be touring the UK in the winter months.

The band will play Norwich Waterfront on November 5 and then follow on to Manchester University, Glasgow Oran Mor and Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall before concluding their dates at London Shepherds Bush Empire on November 11.

Seth Lakeman will also be hitting the road.

The folk singer will embark on an extensive tour of the UK that will call at Oxford Carling Academy on October 28 and then call at Bristol, Sheffield, Portsmouth and Leeds.

The tour will culminate at Brighton Corn Exchange on November 18.
