BADLY DRAWN BOY and EMBRACE are amongst the artists confirmed to appear at a tribute concert to the late TIM BUCKLEY at the LONDON ROYAL FESTIVAL HALL. The event, titled ‘A Celebration Of Tim Buckley’, takes place at the London venue on September 26. In addition to Badly Drawn Boy and Embrace, other confirmed artists include Danny Thompson, Jane Siberry and Mercury nominee Susheela Raman. All those participating will perform one of their favourite Buckley songs, as well as a track from their own back catalogue that shows Buckley‘s influence on them. Buckley died in June 1975 from a heroin overdose. Father of Jeff Buckley, Tim is considered one of the most inspirational and experimental musicians of his generation.
