TRAVIS are to play two special live gigs in GLASGOW and LONDON, NME.COM can exclusively reveal.

The gigs take place at Glasgow Barrowland on June 5 and London Kentish Town Forum the following night.

They will showcase material from their new album ‘The Invisible Band’, which is released on June 11, two weeks after their new single, ‘Sing’, hits the shops (May 28).

Tickets for the gigs will go on sale at a discounted rate of £10 (plus £1 booking fee) and will be strictly limited to two per person.

Frontman Fran Healy will speak live on Radio 1 about the shows tonight and full details of how to get tickets will be posted on the band’s site, www.travisonline.com, next Monday (April 30).
