IF YOU’RE FEELING SINISTER…

The Bristolian nutbag/genius is back with a new EP and a new label...

Tricky is set to release his first new material since being dropped by ISLAND Records last year.

The ‘Mission Accomplished’ EP will appear through US proto-punk label Epitaph – best known as the home of acts like NOFX, Bad Religion and veteran troubador Tom Waits – on October 23.

One of the additional tracks on the EP is ‘Divine Comedy’, a fan favourite previously only available on bootleg.

The EP is thought to be a return to the twisted, dark and slightly sinister Tricky of old. During his last public performance, the Bristol-born star was booed off a stage in his adopted New York home. The crowd reacted angrily to sections of his ‘Product Of The Environment’ freeform spoken-word project he had decided to perform.
