'No Line On The Horizon' debuts at the top spot

U2 have bagged the tenth Number One album of their career, as their latest effort, ‘No Line On The Horizon’, debuted at the top of the UK albums chart today (March 8).

The achievement puts the Irish rockers on equal par with The Rolling Stones and Madonna, who have also had ten albums reach the peak of the run-down. Elvis Presley had 11, while The Beatles had 15.

In the singles stakes Flo Rida knocked Kelly Clarkson off the top spot, hitting Number One with ‘Right Round’.
