U2 announce world tour dates

Glasvegas, Kaiser Chiefs, Elbow to join band on enormous jaunt

U2 have announced the first details of their forthcoming world stadium tour.

The Irish rockers will hit the road on June 30, kicking off the tour at Barcelona‘s Nou Camp stadium, then continuing through Europe – including four UK dates and a Dublin show – before heading to north America.

Bands who will support U2 at various dates include Glasvegas, Elbow, Kaiser Chiefs, Snow Patrol and Black Eyed Peas.

As well as the dates listed below, the band are set to announce details of September/October shows in Atlanta, Charlottesville, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Norman, Phoenix, Tampa, Washington DC and Vancouver.
