Preceding the release of ‘U2 The Best Of 1980-1990’, Island Records are releasing a new U2 single. ‘Sweetest Thing’, out on October 19, was originally intended for inclusion on ‘The Joshua Tree’ album but was not ready in time. U2 recently completed the track with producer Steve Lillywhite.
