Mumm-Ra premiere new track at V Festival

Band play final festival slot of the summer in Staffordshire

Mumm-Ra celebrated their last UK festival slot of the summer by debuting a new track at the V Festival in Stafford today (August 19).

The five-piece sandwiched the song, ‘Jeremy’, in between a host of tunes from their debut album ‘These Things Move In Threes’ in the Virgin Mobile Union tent in Staffordshire.

Announcing the track, singer James “Noo” New pulled out a camera and told the audience: “This is going to be our last festival this summer so I’m going to take a picture of you lot for my collection,” before he took a snap of the cheering fans.

The set culminated in the frontman mounting the drums and smashing Gareth Jennings‘ cymbals for ‘Out Of The Question’.

Mumm-Ra played:

‘Song B’

‘What Would Steve Do’

‘The Sick Deal’

‘These Things Move In Threes’

‘Jeremy’

‘She’s Got You High’

‘Out Of The Question’
